The following is a translation from the German:
Sender: World Jewish Congress; Relief and Rehabilitation Department
Addressee: Mrs. Bluma Rosenfeld, Goteborg
Stockholm, 8rd of March, 1949
We confirm your letter from March 3rd and we have to inform you, to our regret, that neither at the Utlänningskommision (immigration authority), nor by us or at Mosaiska, a Mrs. Frania Goldberg, born on 10.XI.1924 is registered. Where in Sweden have you met her? In which city or refugee camp? As well as at our file bank, at the Utlänningskommission and Mosaiska, are registered only a Goldberg Frymeta, born on the 25th of August, 1919 in Lodz, and a Fajga Goldberg, born on the 21st of September, 1909 also in Lodz. Have you spoken with her in person, or how do you know, that she has been in Sweden? You can write to us in Polish, perhaps it is easier for you.
We send you kind regards
