Fania Cicenski: Her testimony about the Kaunas (Kovno) ghetto in Lithuania.
Undated; one page, handwritten, in Yiddish.
Cicenski briefly reviews the central events of the Kovno ghetto and notes that on August 16, 1941 she was sent to work with approx. 8,000 Jews to a distance of 5 km from the ghetto. She worked there for seven months. In 1944, upon the approach of the Russian [i.e. Soviet] army, she was deported to the Stutthof camp.
