Fela Wajnapel (later, Litman), a Jewish young woman from Radzyn.
The dedication on the back of the photograph, "to my beloved brother," is dated July 22, 1925.
Notes:
1) Fela Wajnapel - Litman apparently perished in the Holocaust.
2) The photograph comes from the estate of Pesach ben - Hirsz Wajnapel of Radzyn. Wajnapel came to Russia from Poland during the First World War and stayed there. He was murdered in 1938 in one of the purges of the Stalin regime.
